Née à Paris, Anne-Sophie Morillon etudie le théâtre au Lycée Molière à Paris où elle a pris une option théâtre, elle va ensuite aux Cours Florent, puis au Cours Périmony et au Cours Eva Saint-Paul parallèlement à ses études universitaires.
Anne-Sophie Morillon débute comme actrice sous le regard de Nicole Garcia qui la choisit pour incarner la fille de Laura Morante dans un ensemble de spots publicitaires. Très vite, elle fait des apparitions dans les longs métrages de Cédric Kahn ou Patrice Leconte et elle tourne dans de nombreux téléfilms réalisés entre autres par Gilles Béhat, Jérôme Boivin, Aline Issermann, Christophe Douchand, Christian Bonnet, Arnaud Selignac...
Born in Paris, Anne-Sophie Morillon studied theater at the Lycée Molière in Paris where she took a theater option, she then went to the Cours Florent, then the Cours Périmony and the Cours Eva Saint-Paul alongside her university studies. Anne-Sophie Morillon began as an actress under the eye of Nicole Garcia who chose her to play Laura Morante's daughter.
